These Terms and Conditions explain how relocation services are handled by Transways India Packers and Movers. Customers using our Packers and Movers services are requested to read the following points carefully before confirming booking or transportation work.
1. Service Booking
Booking details should be shared correctly during confirmation. Customers are requested to provide pickup location, delivery address, shifting date, contact information, and approximate goods quantity before Moving begins.
Relocation schedules sometimes change because of customer availability, society restrictions, weather conditions, or transportation timing. Informing our team early helps avoid unnecessary confusion later.
2. Packing Responsibility
Our staff handles regular packing for household items, furniture, office equipment, and daily-use belongings. Customers should separately keep cash, jewellery, important files, certificates, medicines, laptops, and personal valuables before loading starts.
Items packed personally by customers may not be covered under handling responsibility during transportation because the internal condition cannot be checked properly by our moving company.
3. Loading and Transportation
Delivery timing depends on road conditions, route distance, weather situations, and local transportation restrictions. Although our transporter teams try completing relocation within the expected timeline, delays may occasionally happen during long-distance Shifting Services.
Customers should arrange someone at the destination address during unloading. Delayed unloading because of unavailable receivers may increase waiting time.
4. Additional Charges
The quotation shared during booking usually covers agreed inventory and transportation requirements. Extra charges may apply in situations such as:
- Additional luggage after booking confirmation
- Long carrying distance
- Lack of lift access
- Delayed loading or unloading
- Storage requirement
- Route change requested later
Customers are encouraged to discuss additional service requests before work continues.
5. Insurance Information
Insurance support may be arranged if requested before dispatch. Customers interested in coverage should discuss details with the relocation specialist team during booking confirmation.
Claims related to visible damage should be reported soon after delivery. Delayed reporting creates difficulty during verification procedures.
6. Restricted Goods
Customers should avoid placing flammable liquids, chemicals, explosives, illegal items, or hazardous materials inside cartons prepared for transportation. Unsafe goods are not accepted during Moving or relocation service operations.
7. Customer Cooperation
Smooth relocation usually depends on communication from both sides. Correct address details, reachable phone numbers, parking information, and entry timing should be shared properly before transportation day.
Customers are also advised to check belongings during loading and unloading to avoid confusion afterward.
